Position the head with one ear facing upwards and place one drop of Silverlab Ear Rescue™ into the ear. For best results, hold this position for 2
minutes before draining the contents of the ear onto a tissue. Repeat for the other ear and
allow the ear canals to dry naturally. Repeat this entire process up to two times a day, as
necessary.

This thing works on first attempt LOL. I was impressed My ears were in a very bad condition because of always playing music on high volume with my ear buds After using it for the first time, my ears started opening up n the pain was getting better.
