About Colloidal Silver

Silverlab products feature our proprietary ionic+ silver formulation (SilverRepair™). "PPM" stands for Parts Per Million, which measures the concentration of silver in the liquid. Finding the perfect balance is critical for safety and efficacy. If the ppm is too low, the product won't be effective. If it is unnecessarily high, it offers no extra benefit and can lead to silver accumulation. We formulate our standard products at a scientifically optimised 18 ppm for maximum safety and efficacy, while our Nebulising Liquid is formulated at a targeted 25ppm to deliver the exact strength needed for respiratory support.

Shipping & Returns FAQs
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, your product must be unused, in the exact condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that we unfortunately cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To initiate a return, simply email us at jordan@silverlab.co.za. Once your request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your package (returns are sent to our facility in Cosmo Business Park, Roodepoort). After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded within 10 business days.
